If pictures tell a thousand words, photographer Christopher Scheckla has written volumes through the imagery he has captured over the past years. His lifetime passion of photography started in the Navy, which shipped him to exotic ports just begging to be photographed. Seeing the beauty of nature in its natural form and capturing it for eternity turned into his dream of a lifetime – becoming a professional photographer. After seven years of honorable service, Chris settled in Vancouver where he lives with his wife and daughter.
Chris can easily move from taking still portraits to the fast pace of capturing live events to creating marketing material for industries such as real estate. He has experience in capturing professional profiles as well as creating memorable family pictures, including those not-to-be-missed senior pictures. He pays detailed attention to different stages of events, such as golf tournaments and family reunions. And, his pictures of rental real estate have increased certain home bookings seven-fold.
