2024 Detailed Services and Pricing
High quality HDR images – All images edited individually for color and lighting.
35 images maximum. Prices based on square footage of home and select
out buildings. Free Sky swaps – Grey skies replaced with blue sky.
Bare land – 1,499 SqFt: $150.00
1,500 SqFt – 2,999 SqFt: $165.00
3,000 SqFt – 3,999 SqFt: $220.00
4,000 SqFt + based on the number of images required and additional services requested.
6 to 12 hours turn around – Photos typically delivered 6 to 12 hours after photoshoots on weekdays. Photo gallery for download is only available for 1 to 2 weeks. Please download and save images ASAP. Images archived for 2 years maximum. Additional fee may apply for reposting gallery or videos.
Drone photography – 1 to 8 still aerial images $85.00. Fee waived on bare land with no interior photos. Price defaults to above bare land price. HD aerial images and videos. Fully licensed and FAA compliant.
Virtual 360 degree walk through tour – Walk through a home virtually using 360 field of view and interactive ports moving through rooms. $.03 cents per SqFt, $75.00 minimum. Tour requires hosting on-line. First 30 days included for free. $35 per month for hosting after the first 30 days expire.
Floor Plan -Digitally created floor plan showing layout of home. $65.00. Over 3,000 SqFt. $75.00.
Video services – Interior, exterior and drone video quoted based on the property and complexity. Videos normally run $150.00 to $200 per minute of finished product. Prices may vary.
Twilight images – As an additional service $75.00, Without other services $135.00. Showcase your property as the sun goes down and the appeal of exterior lights begin to shine.
Minimum shoot Fee – $150.00 Per address if selected services are less than $150.00 total.
Travel fee – Travel fee waived within Clark County, Wa. Properties over 10 miles from downtown Battle Ground, Wa (98604) $.50 cents per mile.
Cancellation Fee – May apply if shoot is cancelled within 4 hours of scheduled time. – $75.00.
Secondary Appointments – The minimum shoot fee may apply. Unless returning to correct an error.
Community images – Additional images of key interest points within short walking distance (schools, parks, beach, river, community center, old town center). Request required when scheduling, 4 images included. Additional fees may apply depending on distance to point of interest or number of images.
Commercial properties – Please contact for quote. Including multi address residential properties.
Photo/Video Licensing – limited to the one-time sale of property. Non Transferable, photos cannot be resold without permission. Contact for additional usage rights.

Invoices, as well as payment options, are emailed prior to images being electronically delivered.
Balance is due before delivery of images. Watermarked images can be presented as a preview prior to payment, per customer request. Satisfaction guarantee, if for some reason the images do not meet your standards an attempt will be made to further edit the images.
