Listing photography

Base photography coverage.

Package size is based on the square footage of the home and select outbuildings. Each delivered image is edited individually for color and lighting. Gray skies are replaced with blue skies at no extra charge.

Minimum & travel

A $150 minimum applies per address when selected services total less than $150. Travel is included within Clark County, Washington. Outside the county, travel is $1 per one-way mile from ZIP code 98604.

Delivery & scheduling

Photos are normally delivered within 24 hours unless another schedule is agreed. Galleries remain available for one week; download your files promptly. Images are archived for no more than one year, and an additional fee may apply to upload and repost a gallery. A $75 fee may apply if a shoot is cancelled within 12 hours.

Image use

The photo license covers the one-time sale of the property and cannot be transferred. Each individual MLS listing is billed separately. Ask Chris about other uses.
